We gather data in 2 different ways:
After competitive analysis, we found that none app in Sweden provide the dual model of talent hunting & hiring under one roof.

Scenario 1:
On Monday morning, the nurse informed us that she had to take leave just 5 minutes before the start of her shift due to a personal family matter that required her immediate departure from town.
In light of this situation, I am committed to arranging the most suitable and capable replacement for her absence.
Scenario 2:
As the manager responsible for renting out office spaces, I encounter a common request from my staff to modify the leaves policy specifically for supervisors. Currently, the process involves individually logging into each location of my office and manually updating the leaves policy for supervisors.
Scenario 3:
I created separate invoices for each talent in order to bill my customer. This process forcefully let me do the Manual Calculations, Inefficient Data Entry sometimes, Payment Processing Delays, Scalability Challenges and many more.
As our first customer on-boarded, we let them use the product & conduct a live session to get the pain points of user.
This is very happy moment for us that we achieved 90% of the customer satisfaction level.
Beside this, they provided very valuable feedback and that is what we are improving.
Also, Customer requested two more minor new features:
1. We need our talent to acknowledged the instruction at any cost while accept the booking request. e.g Pack an extra pair of outfit with you.
2. Prolong the contract of Advanced booking
e.g If booking created from Jan 1 - Jan 30 & I we signed contract with that talent or agency. Now I want to Prolong the signed contract.
In that case, Extending the booking is not a big deal but prolonging the contract is.
